The 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee sports that signature Jeep grille and front fascia and standard 17" alloy wheels. The Limited trim has Bi-Xenon headlamps, turn signals on its exterior mirrors, and a dual pane automatic sunroof. Inside, cloth seating and the leather-wrapped steering wheel are standard, but the Laredo X, Altitude, Overland, SRT8, SRT8 Alpine and SRT8 Vapor have leather-trimmed seats.

All 2013 Grand Cherokee trims come standard with the 290 horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine, except for the SRT8. Also standard is a five-speed automatic transmission. Many of the trims feature all-wheel drive, but rear-wheel drive is standard. Though this model is fully-equipped for city or country driving, add in the optional Quadra-Lift® Air Suspension system and the Grand Cherokee gets an extra 4" of clearance with the push of a button.


2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Safety and Special Features

The Jeep Grand Cherokee was named an IIHS Top Safety Pick for 2012, which doesn't surprise us at all, considering the impressive array of safety features along for the ride. To start, a 4-wheel disc braking system with ABS and Brake Assist make stopping safe and steady. Electronic stability and traction control help keep this model's path straight and true while in motion. Dual front side impact and front impact airbags, along with overhead and occupant-sensing airbags, help cushion passengers in the event of a collision.

The standard entertainment features on the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee include six speakers, an auxiliary audio input, and a CD player. The available Alpine® premium sound system has nine speakers, a 506-watt 12-channel amplifier, and incredible sound definition, creating a sound system that's truly a cut above.
