This is my 4th (maybe 5th) purchase from Westbury Jeep-First was a 2000 Plymouth Prowler,a 2001 PT Cruiser & replacing our 90's Grand Wagoneer ( we might have bought from you,also) with a 2005 Grand Cherokee Ltd. All cars gave us years of pleasurable and trouble-free service,thanks to your convenient & capable service department,so when it was time to replace the Grand Cherokee,wasn't hard to decide where to go. Especially after searching all the local dealership's websites,looking for the EXACT car I was interested in. and finding it only at Westbury! Dear Joel and everyone at Westbury Jeep:
I bought my 2004 Jeep Liberty from Westbury Jeep as my first major purchase as a newly divorced mom. It was a big undertaking for me. It was our family car, my 3 daughters were 12 ,11, and 5 at the time. Te car took us to summer camp in New Hampshire, and dad's in Connecticut, and to ToBay beach, and the city for years and years. Life moved on, and the Jeep stayed with us. When my eldest started driving, she purchased an old Saab, which instantly became mine, and she took over the Jeep. "I feel safer in it," she said. Clever way of manipulating mom!!
I remarried and was presented with a gorgeous new Audi a few years ago, but the Jeep stayed in the family, and was shared by my two daughters. The oldest went off to college, and the middle took over the Jeep. The miles added on. There were dings, and many repairs along the way, as would be expected when a vehicle turns over 60, 70, 80 and 90,000 miles. The two daughters both ended up at Tulane University, in New Orleans, and we drove the old Jeep the 1,700 mile journey. That was last year, the car made it back North for the summer, and returned again this year. I was happy the girls had the Jeep at college, we saved on flights, and shipping, and in case of another hurricane, I liked knowing they could hop in the Jeep and drive West on I-10, if they had to.
This year, they had to. They loaded the Jeep, and took 3 friends, water, supplies, and the Jeep - now with 117,000 miles on it, and made it Houston, where they waited out the storm for 3 days in a hotel. Classes were canceled for another week, they were bored, and I had a friend in Austin, 6 hours away, who took them in. They stayed a few more days, and attempted the 9 hours journey back to campus, amidst floods, detours, black outs, and rain....and everyone got back safely.
I just wanted you to know how this car, your Jeep, did not let us down. She did what she had to do, and kept the girls safe. Thank you!

As you know, this past Sunday, my wife and I were faced with a very scary situation concerning our daughter who is attending SUNY Albany in Albany, NY. While driving home from a friend's house, her car stopped running and she was left stranded on Interstate 87. After calling us in tears, our first thought was to drive as fast as we could to get her but realized she was over two hours away from us. We told her to remain in the car and to call 911. Meanwhile, I called AAA for assistance but was told that she had to go through State Police because it was their jurisdiction. She continued to call us to say she was very frightened that she was going to be hit by an oncoming car.
At that point we called you, Keith Donnelly, because we originally purchased the car from. You immediately contacted your team and they dispatched a car at once to our daughter. You took care of this situation within 4-5 minutes of our call, where it had taken us over 45 minutes to figure out what we were going to do.
I don't think one understands the fear running through our heads while this whole thing was happening because we were totally helpless. There had been a very serious car crash on the Long Island Expressway this past month and an 18 year old boy was killed right after he contacted his mother telling her that he was stuck on the side of the road and he was, "very scared".
We have never been disappointed with the service from you, Keith and your team. Thank God we were able reach out to you because our daughter definitely would have been left all alone for a very long time had you not intervened. The car has already been serviced and returned to her, in Albany.
I also did not mention that you were visiting in another state when you took our call. Wow. Thank you, Keith Donnelly and Westbury Jeep.

After looking at the inventory at Westbury Jeep, I found a Grand Cherokee I wanted to purchase. The salesman instructed me to return with my trade in. When i returned, the vehicle was sold. The Sales manager worked with me and found an even better vehicle with less mileage and even lowered the price to match the price of the original vehicle I was interested in. Jamie K. (the 2nd and final salesman) was professional and friendly. Arnie (I think that was his name) in finance was very helpful also. He sold us an extended warranty not only on the Jeep i purchased there, but also on a Tahoe we had recently purchased from another dealer. Shortly after purchasing my pre-owned Jeep, I had an issue which was taken care of quickly, with no arguements. Westbury Jeep is BY FAR the best dealership I have ever delt with. I will definitely reccomend them to everyone i know and will be returning there for my next auto purchase

my name is monika lynch i'm writing on behalf of my husband jason and myself to tell you about our experience at Westbury.I will start off by saying Alex deffinetly went way beyond his call of duty, we were a bit discouraged at first considering the car we were ready to purchase was approved for a couple just 5 minutes prior to us getting our credit checked. At that point we had thought we exhausted all of our options but Alex assured us that he would find us a car and he did a 2010 DODGE CARAVAN we never thought we would get a brand new car (well almost brand new) her birthday is 4/5 so she's 11mo old LOL.... We did go a bit over our budget but Eric did get us a good deal with full coverage till 2017 ofcourse everyone will always rate the financial aspect under par no one wants to see there money dissappear, it's a huge financial leap but all in all it's worth it. When I first decided to buy a new car I knew I wanted a Jeep.I went to Westbury Jeep and started looking at a 2010 Grand Cherokee, but was too tall for the drivers seat. My sales person Greg Leonardo knew I still wanted a Jeep and started to show me the other models. Greg was very knowledgeable about the all the different options available for all the Jeeps models. We narrowed it down to a Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Compass. After the test drive I choose the Wrangler and that's when Greg really went to work trying to find the perfect car. He was able to find me a Wrangler in-stock with all the options that I wanted at a great price. After Greg found the car Arnie Price helped to get me with car loan. Arnie didn't stop with the banks until he could get me the lowest interest rate possible. The best part of the experience was that Greg and Arnie were both available after 6:00 p.m. so I didn't have to take off from work to see them about getting my new car. If it weren't for the holiday weekend I would had my new Wrangler the next day.

The Jeep Dealer where I purchased my Jeep closed. I went to the next closest in Manhattan. I was disappointed with the service, communication, and prices. I am glad we purchased our Town & Country Limited with you. I am glad to know that I can come in every 3 -4 months to get my luxury van serviced without having to make an appointment. Every time I do get my luxury van serviced I am always greeted with a smiling face. Sometimes even by name. Amazing how they can keep up with that knowing that there are many customers that get their cars serviced there. My son works for Honda, he's a mechanic there. When he came with me & saw what was in the waiting area to keep the customers occupied he was amazed. Said all Honda offers in their waiting area is a TV. No coffee or bagels either. I feel like royalty whenever I go to get my car serviced there. I especially like it when there are loaners available, how they ask if I have any running around to do that there are loaners. My first visit at Westbury Chrysler was not a good one. I decided because of the locatgion near where I live I would try them again. Ray Schoeffel became my sales rep. Hew took me for a test drive and explained the some of the features of the car some because this was a little overwhelming to me. Upon return we discussed price and more of the features. Two days later I called Ray to let him know that we were close to a deal. Ray bent over backwards to get the color and package that I was interested in. The day I took posession of the car was a very plesant experience. Ray walked me throgh the paper work with Bob. Debbie helped me fill out the initial paper work and explained the many features that the dealership plan came with the car. When I took delivery Ray once again explained in depth all the features that come with my new car. He was extremely patient with this grandmother type buyer. Upon entering this dealer, I was promptly tended to. I was nicely greeted by a woman at the front desk and she soon called for a salesperson. Within seconds, I met Ricky (Rick Riccardi) and he introduced himself to my mother and I with a big smile on his face. He was very polite and even offered snacks and refreshments as we were seated. His enthusiasm and ability to be a sociable person helped 'break the ice', which made our experience at the dealership that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We exchanged words about a Jeep Wrangler I was particularly looking for and he seemed to have been very knowledgeable about them. As I pointed out the Jeep in which I was potentially interested in, he offered to go "Take a drive", even in the 20 Degree weather. Within a few minutes, we were in the truck driving down the road and he explained to me all the features and options that were in it - that is when I knew it was the one. As we furthered our deal, Ricky made everything clear and as easy-as-can-be along with his co-worker Arnie Price, who was another great help - not to mention "character" as he also had a great personality with lots of enthusiasm and many jokes.(Let me be the first to say that those two make a great duo and made the purchase an enjoyable one).
Within 24 hours the deal was done and I was able to drive home the next day with the Jeep. My family and I are very pleased with the way things were handled and the way things went, and we would be glad to do business again in the future with this dealership. The day I picked up the car, Lisa arranged for Carlos to sit w/me (to help pair the phone). Again, he was wonderful! He was patient, pleasant & informative. He explained what else I needed to do (re-entering my #'s,etc). When it was time to leave, Lisa told me to call if I had any problems w/the system & she would try her best to correct it. I have not had the time to go through everything yet. I did run into a couple of "address" problems again. I brought this to the service location and was helped very thoroughly by Carmine, he had the tires filled air and I was on my way. A few days later, the light came on again, I brought it back and Carmine was extremely helpful and had them look at the sensor to correct the problem.
A few days later, the light came on again... brought it back to Carmine who was extremely helpful and found that the problem was in the fact that I had actually had a nail in my tire which caused some damage, so I had to get a new tire.
This past week I started getting the same tire low lamp on my car and figuring that it had to do with the cold air we've been having, I filled it up myself and the lamp went off. 2 days later the lamp came back on. I called Carmine who set up an appointment for me, had me come in and quickly and easily took care of this for me, I ended up having another nail in my tire.
In life, things happen... apparantly Im a magnet for nails in my tires, but what's important is that things are taken care of and resolved before they become an even bigger nightmare for me to deal with. Carmine has consistently done an excellent job resolving all of my issues and always makes my coming to their service department a pleasurable experience.
In today's world where people are more often quicker to complain than compliment and with us in a time of Holiday spirits, I hope this letter finds its' way to one of his bosses so they can factor his stellar customer satisfaction into a nice holilday bonus.

Wow! What a great experience. This is my 5th Jeep but by far the best experience yet. (Almost didn't get another one because of how bad Manhattan Jeep has become under the guidance of the owner's cocky son.) Westbury Jeep was a breath of fresh air in this very competitive market. It was more like dealing with a high end import luxury car dealer then the typical aggressive detroit based car dealer.
The price in the ad was exactly what I ended up paying. I was never pressured throughout the deal. Went in one day, picked out the car and put a deposit down. Went in another day and set up financing. Went in a third to pick up the car. At no point was I pressured to do everything all in the same day. Dealers usually make you do everything before you are allowed to walk out the door and say that price might not last if you leave.
Our sales person (Thomas McNamee) was great too. He did a great job explaining everything to us and was very friendly. His card even had his cell phone number on it that was answered every time I called. It was refreshing to buy a car from someone appeared laid back and relaxed than someone who acted like the quintessential used car dealer! He was just 'salesman-y' enough when he needed to be. Even when we encountered a problem with delivery, the dealership and Thomas went above and beyond to fix the problem and keep the delivery timing on track.
I cannot recommend Westbury Jeep enough. After owning 4 Jeeps I was turned off to the brand by the dealers but Westbury Jeep not only got this sale from me but likely kept me in a Jeep after this one as well!actual sales customer
