1. Loaner Car Appointment

We offer a guaranteed service loaner car when you pre schedule your service appointment for anything not offered in our Express Lane. (Collision repairs are also excluded)  Please make your request to our appointment coordinator and remember to bring your Driver?s license and a copy of your insurance card. Smoking and transporting pets in our loaners is prohibited. Online appointments are available in real time for every appointment type.

 

2.  Daytime / Evening Service Appointment

We offer the best service hours in the business.  When scheduling your appointment, please designate whether you require a day or evening appointment, if you will be waiting, or you require our shuttle.  We ask that you stick to your appointment timer so we may accommodate each client. We offer a free courtesy shuttle to local shopping and the Hicksville Train Station.  Please make your service advisor aware prior to service write-up. We offer a comfortable waiting area equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, computers, Xbox, coffee, and refreshments, and free daily newspapers.

 

3. Service Lane Write-Up / Express Lane Write-Up

We offer write up at your vehicle making it easy to demonstrate all of your concerns with your advisor. Wait comfortably in your vehicle while your Service Advisor assists you.  Please make sure you provide any VIP coupons at this time. We offer ?Express Pickup? with no wait.  Please ask your service advisor for assistance. We also offer oil changes plus many other services through our Express Service Lane. No appointment is necessary.  Express Service is open from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am until 5 pm Saturday.  Our express lane is located next to our Service appointment write up lane.

 

4. Full Service Tire Discount Center

We offer a complete inventory of tires direct from the manufacturer.  We offer distributor discounts.

 

5. Mobile Service

We offer exclusive mobile service capable of performing light repairs at your home or office. This service is free (repair charge is separate if not under warranty). Ask your service advisor for their assistance in scheduling. (25mile distance).

 

6. Rescue Service / Free Towing Service

We offer exclusive rescue service capable of helping you in emergency situations such as lock out, no gas, flat tire repair, or collision.  This service is free and covers you for most everything that Roadside does not.  Our service department attendant will transfer you to our Rescue team 24/7/365. (30 mile distance) We also offer exclusive free towing capable of helping you in emergency situations,  if your vehicle won?t start, breaks down, or is involved in an accident. (35 mile distance)

 

7. Collision Repair Deductible Discount

We offer exclusive free towing capable of helping you in emergency situations if your vehicle is involved in an accident.  Plus we offer up to $500 in collision discounts.  Make sure your vehicle is repaired with genuine Mopar parts.

 

8. Lifetime Free NY State Inspections

We offer exclusive free lifetime NY State inspections.  You must tell our appointment coordinator while scheduling.  No refunds will be processed after.

 

9. Transferable VIP Program

Our exclusive VIP program is transferable to the next owner.  They must perform a vehicle inspection at our service department and provide us with their contact information.  Please ask an associate for the transfer form.

 

10. Lifetime Parts and Service Guarantee

For as long as you own your vehicle, you will pay just once for most repairs, if your covered service fails due to workmanship (wear and maintenance items excluded. Eligible for paid repairs only).

 

11. Lifetime Annual Inspection

We will perform a FREE top to bottom annual executive inspection of your vehicle plus a free market analysis each year.  Please call our service appointment coordinator.

 

12. VIP E-Newsletter

We will perform provide you with car care information and special service coupons.  This newsletter is emailed so please make sure you have provided us with your email address. Don?t miss out on our valuable coupons.
